Now every date after that is wrong, and the only way to fix it is to work through the book again.
The fix is small and it changes everything: record the last service, not the next one. The last service is a fact — it either happened or it did not. The next one is arithmetic:
Next due = Last serviced + Interval (in days)
Annual = 365 · Six-monthly = 182 · Quarterly = 91 · On call = no interval
